What you will do

  • Audit and restructure HubSpot database, build AI-driven lead scoring and segmentation models, design high-conversion nurture sequences.
  • Design integrated growth system architecture across HubSpot, Apollo/LinkedIn, retargeting platforms, and AI tooling with data flows and feedback loops.
  • Analyze member base to define ICP, build lookalike targeting and filters for high-income executives.
  • Map and target networks, build AI-assisted outbound outreach aligned with premium branding.
  • Integrate authority content into automated nurture and retargeting, personalize with AI.
  • Build competitive intelligence systems, deploy AI chatbot and qualification workflows, own KPI tracking and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in growth systems, AI implementation, or marketing automation
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (required), LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Apollo, AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, automation workflows)
  • Proven track record building end-to-end lead generation + conversion systems
  • Experience with high-end, premium, or service-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of LTV/CAC dynamics and funnel optimization
  • Alignment with USA time zone

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or high-trust services
  • Background in strategy consulting, growth equity, or operator roles
  • Familiarity with high-income/executive customer segments
  • Ability to balance automation with high-touch brand experience
