What you will do

• Design and build AI virtual agents for digital and voice channels using the hirify.global AI and Digital portfolio.
• Own the AI agent lifecycle, including prompting strategies, knowledge retrieval patterns, and iterative performance optimization.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as CRM, commerce platforms, and operational systems via APIs.
• Develop full-stack solutions, including web interfaces and backend services, to prototype AI automation scenarios.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate business requirements into production-ready technical architectures.
• Provide field insights to product and engineering teams to inform the platform roadmap and prototype new capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and conversational AI architecture.
• Strong full-stack development skills encompassing backend services, APIs, and web interfaces.
• Proficiency in enterprise integrations using REST APIs, microservices, and identity management.
• Ability to act as a technical advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.
