What you will do
- Join one of the technical teams: Product, Design, Engineering, or Data Automation based on skill alignment.
- Build the platform, agentic systems, and infrastructure powering autonomous procurement.
- Prototype and ship features that move procurement teams from spreadsheets to AI-native operations.
- Design patterns for how procurement professionals supervise AI agents.
- Design pipelines to bridge the platform with customer data for leading industrial companies.
- Collaborate in a high-ownership environment with fast feedback loops.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Must be based in Munich to support a vibrant in-office culture (> 4 days/week).
- Proven builder mindset: experience shipping side projects or contributing to OSS.
- AI-native workflow: proficient in using tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, v0, or Lovable.
- For Engineering: Comfort with a modern stack (TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, or intensive technical projects).
Nice to have
- For Design: A portfolio demonstrating taste, systems thinking, and the ability to simplify complexity.
