What you will do

• Architect and deploy production-grade agents using LangGraph and LangSmith to handle technical support, troubleshoot integrations, and guide onboarding.
• Drive case deflection by analyzing friction points and building self-service AI systems to reduce support volume.
• Own the technical roadmap as product owner, identifying improvements, proposing architectures, and managing full lifecycle.
• Dogfood the stack and contribute feedback to the product team and open-source ecosystem.
• Build AI-native onboarding workflows automating documentation retrieval and code generation for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years as software engineer with 1+ year shipping LLM systems in production
• Deep understanding of LLM stack: prompting, RAG, cognitive architectures, agentic loops; experience with hirify.global or LangGraph
• Strong coding in Python or TypeScript (ideally both) for end-to-end applications
• Self-directed founder mentality: navigate ambiguity, identify high-impact problems, drive autonomously
• Customer-centric: translate technical pain points into scalable architectures

Nice to have

• Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring
• Experience building or maintaining open-source projects
• Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams
