What you will do

• Design and guide processes to support the shift toward more circular and sustainable operations.
• Collaborate with farmers, chefs, and managers to rethink sourcing, production, and management.
• Develop practical materials, including maps and frameworks, for stakeholders to use and adapt.
• Translate grounded field insights into actionable contributions for policy conversations and networks.
• Ensure all work remains practical and rooted in real-world field application.

Requirements

• Experience in agriculture, regenerative farming, food processing, or HORECA management.
• Background in food systems research, policy, or strategy.
• Proficiency in systems thinking and adaptive ways of working.
• Experience supporting teams through transitions toward sustainable or community-based practices.
• Must be based in Brazil.
