Location: Hybrid; must be able to work from any UK Office Hub (Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 / year

What you will do
- Design and implement change approaches and lead business change activities for public sector clients.
- Shape transformation initiatives covering cost reduction, workforce transformation, new operating models, and enterprise agility.
- Create business cases, proposals for change, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans.
- Track adoption of services and report progress to senior stakeholders using data and KPIs.
- Act as a bridge between project delivery and business users to ensure organizational readiness and benefit realization.
- Contribute to the internal Advisory and Change practice by developing tools, templates, and training.
Requirements
- Experience in transformation teams delivering lasting change in complex environments.
- Working knowledge of best practice change methodologies and strategy frameworks.
- Familiarity with public sector change processes, specifically the GDS Service Manual.
- Strong ability to analyze client ambitions and recommend viable transformation options.
- Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management and tailored communication.
- Must be able to undertake SC clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience applying behavioural insights to public sector work.
- Knowledge of business analysis, service design, or product management.
