What you will do

• Perform business analysis and facilitate workshops to gather client requirements.
• Design solutions including functional deliverables, user experience, and delivery methodology.
• Manage projects and clients to achieve outcomes.
• Implement hirify.global software hands-on according to project goals.
• Deliver product training and handover collateral for client empowerment.
• Create improvements to enhance Professional Services effectiveness.

Requirements

• hirify.global Geneos Expertise: Minimum 12 months hands-on experience.
• Client-Facing Experience: At least 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Project & Time Management: Minimum 3 years in project-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Technical Background: At least 3 years in technical IT role.
• Experience with UNIX-based OS.
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Lua, Perl, Python, XML-RPC).
• Understanding of databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
