What you will do

• Lead strategic advisory engagements to drive increased adoption and ROI of CCaaS solutions.
• Design comprehensive change strategies across people, processes, and technology.
• Create and own business cases for multi-tiered customer offerings and multi-product projects.
• Perform financial and impact analysis to create ROI models for specific domains.
• Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor for senior executive stakeholders.
• Identify new business development opportunities through successful service delivery and renewals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting within the relevant industries provided by hirify.global.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a contact center environment.
• Deep domain expertise in IVR, Routing, ACD, Workforce Management, or Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/Digital products from a process and change management perspective.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for senior executive audiences.
