Location: Role can be located in Paris, Amsterdam or Granollers (Barcelona). hirify.global’s global omni-working policy provides the option to work up to 50% of your month remotely.

What you will do

• Drive the Global Quality Digital Roadmap, translating vision into initiatives and milestones.
• Manage global digital QA projects from concept to deployment, including scoping, risk management, and rollouts.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with IT architecture and data governance.
• Partner with factories, external manufacturers, and local teams to build digital capabilities through training and guidance.
• Coordinate pilots, validation, and adoption across manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

Requirements

• Fluent English mandatory; French or Spanish is an added value.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within FMCG, Beauty, Pharma, or regulated industries.
• Experience in digital transformation, system deployment, or business process digitalization.
• Solid project management experience.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Power BI, Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
