What you will do

• Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide technical solutions as cross-BU initiatives to achieve company-level objectives.
• Implement lean portfolio management and governance across large, complex programs to streamline execution.
• Align business leaders and departments on priorities and delivery principles to build consensus on program cadence.
• Track and visualize program outcomes using Jira, Jira Align, and OBoard to ensure the on-time delivery of customer value.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, security, privacy, and product disciplines across various organizational levels.
• Introduce industry-leading agile delivery practices and mentor other TPMs within the community.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software delivery, including at least 6 years in a Technical Program Management role.
• Proven record of translating strategy and target states into multi-year roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable results.
• Solid understanding of enterprise-wide architecture and the ability to translate design into delivery structures.
• Experience managing enterprise platform and product delivery as company-wide initiatives reporting to VPs and CXOs.
• Proficiency in APIs, DevOps, data technologies, and TPM methodologies such as Scaled Agile, SAFe, LeSS, or PMP.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
