What you will do

• Lead the implementation of the packager and outsourcing strategy.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers, including costing and rate card negotiation.
• Coordinate between project teams and packagers to ensure accurate scoping and timely delivery.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to align project scopes with available budgets.
• Develop metrics to analyze and report the effectiveness of packaged services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize content outsourcing while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end service providers on complex publishing projects (ELT preferred).
• Experience procuring services and negotiating high-value third-party contracts.
• Background in editorial delivery within ELT or Curriculum settings.
• Proven experience managing key supplier relationships in a global business.
• Strong influencing and matrix management skills to drive resolution of issues.
• Must be based in Madrid or Warsaw for hybrid work.
