TL;DR

Operations Program Manager (AI): Leading operational transformation streams to improve contact deflection and resolution rates with an accent on AI workflow automation and data-driven decision making. Focus on designing production-grade LLM workflows, building dashboards, and driving cross-functional accountability to unblock delivery.

Location: Must be based in Madrid or Prague

What you will do

  • Own transformation streams end-to-end, from diagnosing problems via raw data to executing delivery plans.
  • Build and scale production-grade AI workflows, including prompt design, evaluation, and validation.
  • Pull and interrogate data independently to build reports and business cases without external support.
  • Drive accountability across Customer Service, Product, Engineering, and Content teams to resolve blockers.
  • Identify and implement creative, simplified fixes for complex operational challenges.
  • Proactively surface risks to stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy & ops with a track record of shipping results.
  • Experience building and running at least one production-grade LLM workflow end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in data retrieval and analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Strong assertive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Madrid or Prague.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service or Merchant Operations contexts.
  • Active passion for the AI/LLM space and hands-on experience with modern AI tools.
