What you will do

• Lead central operations across the Amazon account, coordinating non-BAU activities between Transition, Operations, Technical, and Finance teams.
• Oversee transition management for onboarding, offboarding, handbacks, and sub-lettings, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Own account-wide projects, managing plans, risks, milestones, and holding teams accountable.
• Manage portfolio governance, change control, and maintain records like joinder removals and playbook updates.
• Support new business winning and operational transitions, acting as trusted advisor to Amazon stakeholders.
• Deliver reporting with strategic insights and deputise for the Account Director as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to travel internationally once per month to UK, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain, plus quarterly in-office attendance where local
• Proven experience in business operations, programme management, or account operations in complex multi-site environments.
• Experience managing transitions, projects, or change portfolios; background in real estate or facilities management preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, organisational skills, and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking.
• Degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable; valid passport required.
