What you will do

• Lead the French team vision, motivating and supporting members to align with company objectives.
• Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with top venues, promoters, and stakeholders in entertainment.
• Develop and drive new business strategy including lead generation, deal modelling, and expansion into new cities.
• Forecast, report progress, and manage up to senior leaders with weekly pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with global sales teams and operational teams to ensure smooth deal execution and revenue maximisation.
• Stay ahead of entertainment trends as the local expert.

Requirements

• Experience in ticketing sales leadership role with strong track record of exceeding goals.
• Proven ability to sell and close complex deals.
• Network and local knowledge of France’s entertainment, events scene, and lifestyle trends.
• Excellent sales, commercial, presentation, and networking skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking and knowledge of Salesforce or similar tools.
• Excellent communication in English and French, written and verbal.
