What you will do

• Provide remote and field sales support through on-site discoveries, customer meetings, and demonstrations across France.
• Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions addressing customer requirements.
• Identify technical risks early, support revenue protection, and ensure smooth handovers to implementation teams.
• Collaborate on strategic account management for retention, expansion, and churn prevention.
• Handle RFPs/RFIs, trade shows, partner demos, and maintain demo environments.
• Build expertise in products, competitors, and industry to advise sales teams and customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French
• Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally in hospitality or retail
• Knowledge of hospitality industry; hands-on restaurant experience highly valued
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
