What you will do
- Lead and coach Field Account Executives across Marseille, Montpellier, and Nice to provide a customer-first sales experience.
- Drive regional success and grow the customer base through field activity, walk-ins, and customized outreach.
- Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting and analyze conversion rates and activity metrics.
- Take full responsibility for the new business targets of the assigned team.
- Hire and build the field sales team to expand regional territories.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, and implementation teams.
Requirements
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
- Expertise in managing a full-cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and a passion for field-based work.
