TL;DR

Account Executive, Growth (hirify.global Weave): Own a named book of large creative accounts globally spanning entertainment, gaming, tech, agencies, and consumer brands with an accent on net revenue retention and expansion. Focus on building C-suite relationships, driving organizational change, and developing multi-year account plans to deploy Weave at scale.

Location: Based from hirify.global's London hub; in-person onboarding required.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of creatively-intensive large accounts and hit net revenue retention and expansion targets.
  • Build executive relationships with CCOs, VPs of Design, CTOs, and CMOs to position Weave as a transformative tool.
  • Drive change by identifying champions, mapping structures, and securing sponsorship for scaled deployments.
  • Create multi-year plans aligning creative priorities with Weave capabilities across teams and use cases.
  • Collaborate with enablement, advocates, and marketing to deliver value and uncover expansions.
  • Influence product roadmap with insights from strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts globally, exceeding NRR and expansion targets
  • Experience building C-suite/VP relationships and navigating complex structures for enterprise deployments
  • Managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6+ months, 6/7-figure deals) with global organizations
  • Strong business acumen linking creative workflows to executive outcomes
  • Consultative selling with structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC)

Nice to have

  • Experience in entertainment, gaming, advertising, or consumer brands
  • Familiarity with AI-native workflows or creative tooling
  • Success selling emerging product categories
  • Certifications in deal qualification or account management
