Location: Based from 's London hub; in-person onboarding required.

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of creatively-intensive large accounts and hit net revenue retention and expansion targets.
- Build executive relationships with CCOs, VPs of Design, CTOs, and CMOs to position Weave as a transformative tool.
- Drive change by identifying champions, mapping structures, and securing sponsorship for scaled deployments.
- Create multi-year plans aligning creative priorities with Weave capabilities across teams and use cases.
- Collaborate with enablement, advocates, and marketing to deliver value and uncover expansions.
- Influence product roadmap with insights from strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts globally, exceeding NRR and expansion targets
- Experience building C-suite/VP relationships and navigating complex structures for enterprise deployments
- Managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6+ months, 6/7-figure deals) with global organizations
- Strong business acumen linking creative workflows to executive outcomes
- Consultative selling with structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC)
Nice to have
- Experience in entertainment, gaming, advertising, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows or creative tooling
- Success selling emerging product categories
- Certifications in deal qualification or account management
