What you will do

• Manage global tax compliance including reviewing corporate tax returns, VAT returns, EC sales lists, and transfer pricing calculations.
• Track tax compliance calendar, manage quarterly/year-end timelines, and act as main contact for global tax outsource provider.
• Coordinate data collection between Finance and Tax teams, assist with audits, inquiries, and key tax projects.
• Monitor tax legislative changes, assess business impact, and handle reporting like DAC6, CESOP, FATCA, CRS.
• Identify and implement digital solutions to streamline tax processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in tax compliance, ideally from Big 4 or equivalent with broad international responsibilities
• Qualified tax professional (e.g. ACA, CTA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise
• Experience in direct and indirect tax compliance (EU experience advantageous)
• Advanced Excel skills; Netsuite experience a plus
• Confident managing stakeholders, external advisors, and tax authorities
• Strong command of English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

• In-house experience, ideally in FinTech or financial services
• Tax accounting experience
