What you will do

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions tailored to customer needs
• Act as a subject matter expert to solve complex technical challenges for Enterprise customers and internal teams
• Support sales activities by creating and presenting compelling demo and presentation content
• Partner with key accounts to understand unique challenges and drive operational improvements
• Develop and optimize solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and success
• Influence large deals and customer workflows by sharing insights with the global team

Requirements

• 5+ years of Enterprise customer-facing experience
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging demo content
• Ability to work effectively within multi-national, cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and customer requirements
