What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on legal, regulatory, and strategic matters.
• Optimize contracting processes for enterprise SaaS and Agentic AI agreements.
• Build legal infrastructure to support financing rounds, investor relations, and corporate governance.
• Own and oversee global privacy and data protection strategies, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act and DORA.
• Manage intellectual property strategy, trademark enforcement, and external counsel relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience in SaaS or tech.
• Proven experience as a General Counsel or senior legal leader in a high-growth company.
• Deep expertise in commercial contracts, specifically enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Strong understanding of privacy, data protection, and emerging tech regulations.
• Experience supporting global operations and cross-border legal matters.
• Hands-on experience with financing rounds and corporate governance.
