What you will do

• Translate media strategies into actionable investment plans and manage execution across channels like TV, digital, audio, OOH, social, and programmatic.
• Lead client communications, presentations, optimizations, and issue resolution.
• Build vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and evaluate new platforms.
• Oversee performance reporting, post-campaign analysis, and ROI measurement.
• Manage budgets, billing, pacing, and financial reconciliation.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years agency media planning/buying experience
• Deep knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, pricing, and metrics
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
• Strong client service, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, OneStream, Nielsen, Comscore, Google Campaign Manager; understanding of social platforms and DSPs
• Proximity to NYC office required for hybrid work
