What you will do

• Partner with One Marketplace team to strategize programmatic tactics, technology and budget recommendations.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide creative optimizations.
• Handle client communications, offering recommendations and tactics.
• Manage and follow QA processes.
• Research emerging opportunities in the programmatic ecosystem to drive client value.
• Teach and coach others on systems, tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot technology and potential issues.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in day-to-day programmatic campaign management across multiple DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon; open to Amobee or Verizon).
• Experience successfully managing others.
• Strong at building client relationships and managing up.
• Passion for campaign optimization and performance levers.

• Previous media or advertising agency experience.
