What you will do

• Run triage, status updates, and manage brief flow and project prioritization.
• Build and maintain project pipelines and tracking systems for quick reference.
• Collaborate with clients to align deadlines, annual planning, and marketing rhythms to determine response times and cadence.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including process documentation and agency data capture.
• Coordinate with Tech, Buying, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure efficient implementation of plans.
• Oversee monthly finance processes and lead operational system developments and migrations.

Requirements

• Strong media background with a deep understanding of media agency functions.
• Proven operational experience and project management expertise.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (Smartsheets and Power BI are highly welcomed).
• Strong results-orientation and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Location: Based in London, United Kingdom
