What you will do

• Provide expert guidance to the Delivery community to ensure compliance with project governance processes and standards.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for portfolio governance.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Support project managers in controlling, forecasting, and reporting the financial health of projects.
• Collaborate with finance and account management to track statements of work, change control notices, and invoicing.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve the control and quality of project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of financial PMO experience.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Experience working with an integrated PPM tool.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the UK Financial Services sector.
• Background in software implementation projects.
• PM or PMO related qualification.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Visual Basic/Macro skills.
