What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Marketplace Trust projects, including scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Analyze threats to user trust and translate them into structured, actionable project plans.
• Partner with the data team to derive insights into trust trends for senior leadership decision-making.
• Present project updates, risks, and dependencies directly to the senior leadership team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal & Risk to expand the team's influence across the organization.
• Design and deliver internal training programs focused on marketplace trust.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex issues into straightforward plans.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
