What you will do

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing project delivery, managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide clarity and assurance across all project phases, including design and construction.
• Manage external suppliers and review contractor quotes to ensure budget adherence.
• Plan project details, design activities, and track progress using monitoring tools for hours and spending.
• Lead small project teams and conduct kick-off and customer meetings to understand requirements.
• Draft project documentation, prepare organization charts, and distribute meeting minutes.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in project delivery, specifically managing multi-million-pound projects.
• Proficiency in metrics, data analysis, cost estimation, and invoicing.
• Knowledge of WBS, Networks, CPA, task logic, and project planning.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proof of Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience working with NGED, SSEN, NGET, or similar transmission and distribution network operators.
