Location: Crosshills Farm, Alness, Scotland, United Kingdom; based in the Inverness area
Applicants must have proof of Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK. Flexible working arrangements may include hybrid or remote working where relevant.

What you will do
- Support project managers with scope, schedule, cost, risk, and delivery management across design and construction phases.
- Review and plan project details, prepare project documents, organizational charts, and progress reports.
- Track plans, hours, budgets, spending, quality, KPIs, and project milestones.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, customers, contractors, and external suppliers.
- Review contractor quotes, negotiate minor changes, solve problems, and flag issues early.
- Lead a small project team, conduct kick-off meetings, chair meetings, and distribute minutes.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Experience delivering multi-million-pound projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Experience with project planning, progress tracking, cost estimation, invoicing, data analysis, reporting, and document control.
- Knowledge of stakeholder management, contract models, project initiation, quality assurance, WBS, networks, CPA, task logic, and operational handover.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proof of Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK is required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with NGED, SSEN, NGET, or similar transmission and distribution network operators.
- Experience with transmission and distribution project design and budgets.
