What you will do
- Identify and close new business accounts within the BeNeLux region.
- Coordinate product setup for new and existing customers.
- Manage the creation and follow-up of offers and contracts.
- Oversee the entire customer journey from initial lead to contract renewal.
- Perform timely and accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Solution Selling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across various sectors.
- Customer-first mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
- Strong personality with a solution-oriented approach.
- Stress-resistant and capable of handling confidential information.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT security.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
