What you will do
- Execute sales strategies via cold calling to acquire new vacation rental owners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Transition into an Account Manager role after 9 months to optimize account performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase revenues.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure high levels of customer success.
- Organize networking events to build a community of hosts.
Requirements
- Near-native Spanish and fluent English.
- Experience in sales, account management, travel industry, or online business.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in Palma de Mallorca.
