Salary: $90,000 - 117,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Own implementations from kickoff to go-live and expansion, defining success criteria tied to business outcomes and delivering clean, scalable foundations.
- Identify expansion opportunities during implementation to enable adoption of additional products within ~10 days of go-live.
- Act as strategic consultant: diagnose workflow inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and provide opinionated best practices for lenders, owners, and contractors.
- Lead solution design using playbooks, conduct discovery, ensure scalable configurations, and resolve risks proactively.
- Drive cross-functional execution as single-threaded owner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support; represent customer voice.
- Manage client engagement, change management, and adoption; leverage AI automation for planning, communications, and reporting to focus on high-impact work.
- Contribute to refining implementation playbooks and processes.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in SaaS implementation, management consulting, or customer-facing roles owning outcomes
- Lead clients through ambiguous problems, define solutions, advise on business processes/workflows/operations
- Influence stakeholders including executives; drive value/expansion opportunities
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market teams
- Manage multiple complex engagements with high-quality outcomes and relationships
- Ability to travel up to 25%
