Salary: $80,500 - $89,400 per year

What you will do

• Act as the principal liaison for customers to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes in LTPAC settings.
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop delivery recommendations to drive value.
• Translate technical requirements into system configuration and execute the setup process.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project risks, timelines, and delays.
• Support customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Experience configuring software solutions, database testing, and providing end-user support.
• Consulting experience performing workflow analysis and delivering operational excellence recommendations.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
• Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
