What you will do
- Lead value engagements across the sales cycle, owning the business case and value narrative from discovery to close.
- Build Executive Business Cases and ROI models tailored for CFO, CIO, and CHRO audiences.
- Facilitate value discovery workshops with economic buyers to validate assumptions and build internal champions.
- Develop and deliver high-impact, narrative-driven business case presentations to C-level executives.
- Create and maintain value plans for priority accounts, including maturity baselines and target KPIs.
- Enable GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) to scale value-based thinking.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in value consulting, strategic pre-sales, or enterprise SaaS value engineering.
- Proven track record of creating business cases that directly influenced deal outcomes.
- Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with C-level executives (CHRO, CIO, CFO) without oversight.
- Strong financial fluency and the ability to defend ROI models to a CFO audience.
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing board-ready narratives.
- Domain experience in enterprise software, human capital management (HCM), or workforce technology is highly desired.
