Solutions Engineer (Digital Intelligence)

What you will do

• Identify customer technical requirements by building relationships with prospective and existing stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver customer presentations, workshops, webinars, and equipment demonstrations.
• Manage tenders and develop comprehensive technical proposals and solution designs.
• Support end-user trials and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) involving regional travel.
• Enable customer teams through technical training, knowledge transfer, and regular follow-up calls.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management to ensure successful product adoption.

Requirements

• Japanese or Korean language skills (spoken and written).
• Fluency in written and spoken business English.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Technical background in telecommunications, mobile devices, IT security, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and network communication protocols.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience in law enforcement or the public policing sector.
• Project Management experience.
