Focus on developing scalable sales processes, optimizing the tech stack, and collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to increase qualified meetings.

What you will do

  • Drive the sales development strategy and regional demand generation for the APJ region.
  • Develop a scalable sales development process and ensure associates adhere to established criteria.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach SDRs through weekly 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Analyze team metrics and data to identify performance gaps and report to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing executives to develop inbound lead generation plans.
  • Manage the team budget and monitor regional competition and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing sales development teams.
  • 2+ years of proven track record exceeding targets in an SDR/BDR role.
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English for discussing sustainable procurement with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business across multiple locations in the Asia-Pacific-Japan region.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.
