What you will do

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers through networking, market mapping, and cold outreach.
• Manage the sales pipeline and nurture existing accounts to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers in R&D, procurement, marketing, and operations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Present natural color solutions by translating technical features into customer benefits.
• Provide customer feedback to R&D and product teams to guide new innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, natural colorants, flavors, or nutraceuticals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales forecasting best practices.
• Must be based in the USA and be willing to travel approximately 25%.
