What you will do

• Leverage AI agents to turn sharp insights into high-impact multi-format content assets.
• Produce distinctive messaging across social media, blogs, whitepapers, and video with high velocity.
• Build and execute a persuasive content strategy based on counter-intuitive narratives.
• Decode customer personalities and motivations to shape a tone that changes behavior.
• Establish the company's voice as a vital, trusted resource and thought leader in the energy industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, creative direction, or a related field.
• Fluency and curiosity in leveraging generative AI tools (LLMs, image generators) as a production co-pilot.
• Strong storytelling skills with an empathetic approach to customer behavior.
• English: Fluent (C1) writing and communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Munich.
