What you will do

• Manage all Amazon DSP marketing activities for existing and future customers.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize DSP campaigns to meet defined performance goals.
• Develop tailored campaign strategies based on clients' business objectives.
• Lead client communication regarding advertising strategies and results.
• Mentor other campaign managers and refine internal tools, reports, and processes.
• Expand the consulting and service portfolio by integrating new market and technology developments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of social or display/programmatic advertising.
• Analytical mindset with strong technical understanding and solution orientation.
• Experience with Amazon DSP is highly beneficial.
• English: Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Hamburg office.
