What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Campaign Management team to foster a proactive and performance-oriented culture.
  • Translate commercial objectives into media strategies, campaign plans, and scalable prioritization frameworks.
  • Steer and prioritize campaigns throughout their full lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, and Ad Operations to align priorities with operational feasibility.
  • Analyze campaign data, KPIs, and performance insights to drive strategic decisions and improve effectiveness.
  • Scale the Retail Media business by optimizing processes, operational clarity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, digital advertising, or media strategy.
  • Proven leadership experience in developing teams and managing priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Expertise in media planning, budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in using data and reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset when navigating ambiguity.
  • Interest or exposure to AdTech, Sponsored Products, attribution models, or self-service advertising solutions.
