What you will do
- Lead and develop the Campaign Management team to foster a proactive and performance-oriented culture.
- Translate commercial objectives into media strategies, campaign plans, and scalable prioritization frameworks.
- Steer and prioritize campaigns throughout their full lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, and Ad Operations to align priorities with operational feasibility.
- Analyze campaign data, KPIs, and performance insights to drive strategic decisions and improve effectiveness.
- Scale the Retail Media business by optimizing processes, operational clarity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, digital advertising, or media strategy.
- Proven leadership experience in developing teams and managing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Expertise in media planning, budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in using data and reporting to support strategic decisions.
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset when navigating ambiguity.
- Interest or exposure to AdTech, Sponsored Products, attribution models, or self-service advertising solutions.
