What you will do

• Develop corporate social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Support executive and board-level communication through content creation and community engagement.
• Create tailored text and visual content formats for various audiences and channels.
• Translate business topics into clear, compelling, and audience-oriented messaging.
• Ensure all communications align with the corporate tone of voice and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to derive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Degree in communications, media, marketing, business, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of practical experience in corporate social media and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with visual tools such as Canva.
• Ability to work effectively within a professional, regulated environment.
• Excellent writing skills in German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.
