Services Sales Specialist

Location: Seoul, South Korea; permanent onsite role

What you will do

• Support Technical Account Managers with sales strategies and analysis of customer opportunities.
• Promote, follow up, and analyse service sales opportunities using customer information and internal data.
• Build customer relationships through regular meetings, calls, and emails to understand processes and identify opportunities.
• Analyse customer satisfaction and compare service delivery with agreed service levels.
• Coordinate maintenance events, mandatory kit deployment, service contract fulfilment, and related customer support activities.
• Prepare service quotations, secure delivery resources, and support service execution and performance control.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Based in Seoul, South Korea for this permanent role.
