What you will do

• Manage the Scalable Architecture team, consisting of Solution Architects and Principal/Senior Engineers.
• Translate the technical roadmap into a sequenced delivery plan, managing priorities and surfacing trade-offs.
• Champion AI-first development standards, targeting high AI-authored PR and code review adoption.
• Coordinate dependencies across Application, QA, and Platform Integrations verticals to ensure alignment.
• Own the end-to-end people management cycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate native AI capabilities (LLMs, agentic workflows) into the CEM product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering in enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years leading Principal or Staff-level ICs.
• Strong technical background in C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services.
• Proven experience building with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or driving agentic tooling adoption in engineering teams.
• Ability to organize complex architecture initiatives with clear milestones and accountability structures.
• Experience managing distributed, global teams across multiple time zones.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

• Direct experience integrating LLMs and agentic workflows into production-scale SaaS products.
• Background in platform modernization, cloud migration, or .NET re-architecture.
