Location: Remote (USA and Canada)
Salary: $160,000 – $201,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Manage the Scalable Architecture team, consisting of Solution Architects and Principal/Senior Engineers.
- Translate the technical roadmap into a sequenced delivery plan, managing priorities and surfacing trade-offs.
- Champion AI-first development standards, targeting high AI-authored PR and code review adoption.
- Coordinate dependencies across Application, QA, and Platform Integrations verticals to ensure alignment.
- Own the end-to-end people management cycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate native AI capabilities (LLMs, agentic workflows) into the CEM product.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering in enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years leading Principal or Staff-level ICs.
- Strong technical background in C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services.
- Proven experience building with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or driving agentic tooling adoption in engineering teams.
- Ability to organize complex architecture initiatives with clear milestones and accountability structures.
- Experience managing distributed, global teams across multiple time zones.
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.

- Direct experience integrating LLMs and agentic workflows into production-scale SaaS products.
- Background in platform modernization, cloud migration, or .NET re-architecture.
- Domain experience in financial services, equity compensation, or regulated sectors.
