What you will do

• Own product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale the AI Platform into a market-leading developer-first solution.
• Manage P&L, budgets for R&D, infrastructure, and headcount planning.
• Build and lead distributed R&D teams including Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Management, and Design.
• Define and evangelize AI technical vision to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships on go-to-market strategy.
• Serve as technical face for strategic customers, partners, and open-source community.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial experience building and launching software products from scratch as founder or 0-to-1 leader.
• Deep AI knowledge including frameworks, foundation models, embeddings, and vector databases.
• 10+ years building scalable Cloud/SaaS products, enterprise infrastructure, APIs, or SDKs.
• Proven leadership of managers and cross-functional teams of 100+ people.
• Product-led mindset prioritizing shipping, iteration, and enterprise reliability.
• Strong communication to simplify complex AI concepts for executives and customers.
