What you will do
- Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market sales strategy for the EMEA market.
- Establish a strong local pipeline and launch 's sales presence in the region within 3–6 months.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align services with customer needs.
- Drive inbound lead generation and report pipeline health and performance metrics to leadership.
- Coach and support individual sales team members in achieving their KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within fast-growing or scaling environments.
- Strong background in selling accounting, corporate, or professional services to SMEs or startups.
- Experience with SaaS, product-led, or subscription-based sales models.
- Experience working in or selling into the EMEA market.
- Comfortable operating with limited structure in early-stage or high-growth startups.
