What you will do

  • Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market sales strategy for the EMEA market.
  • Establish a strong local pipeline and launch hirify.global's sales presence in the region within 3–6 months.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align services with customer needs.
  • Drive inbound lead generation and report pipeline health and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Coach and support individual sales team members in achieving their KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within fast-growing or scaling environments.
  • Strong background in selling accounting, corporate, or professional services to SMEs or startups.
  • Experience with SaaS, product-led, or subscription-based sales models.
  • Experience working in or selling into the EMEA market.
  • Comfortable operating with limited structure in early-stage or high-growth startups.

  • Experience managing cross-border teams.
