What you will do

• Develop and promote GMF Data Enablement strategy and practices across the organization.
• Lead strategic initiatives to address information-related pain points and data governance process gaps.
• Administer key functions including Metadata Management, Stewardship, Data Quality, and Data Literacy.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to maintain an active understanding of information assets.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban activities, ensuring the product backlog is prioritized by business value.
• Develop and deliver data enablement education for the GMF enterprise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5-7 years of experience in a technical or analytical role.
• 2-4 years of experience in a formal Data Governance role.
• Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong SQL querying and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure or AWS) and data modeling tools.
