Location: Fully Remote (EST hours). U.S. Citizenship Required. Ability to obtain and maintain Secret-level security clearance.

What you will do

• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to document business requirements aligned with agency objectives.
• Convert mission needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Agile/Scrum.
• Perform gap assessments on legacy workflows vs. ServiceNow capabilities to guide build vs. configure decisions.
• Own backlog quality, peer reviews, and UAT planning/execution.
• Build process maps, workflow diagrams, and data models for service delivery.
• Partner with architects and coach teams on best practices and federal standards.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret-level security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years on ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in federal contracting (DoD, DHS, civilian agencies).
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery, ServiceNow ITSM + one additional module (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in Jira/Azure DevOps, process mapping tools (Visio, LucidChart).
