Sr. Manager, Finance (SaaS/FP&A): Own and evolve driver-based financial models, forecasting, and scenario planning for a high-growth B2B SaaS company in supplier risk intelligence with an accent on AI-driven efficiency and strategic decision support. Focus on building scalable finance operations, aligning sales forecasts with financial plans, and leading cross-functional business partnerships to guide scaling decisions.
Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA; requires three days per week at headquarters in Financial District. Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Salary: Starting at $200,000 USD/year (can increase based on expertise, location, etc.)

What you will do
- Own driver-based financial modeling (ARR, retention, burn, runway, scenarios) and translate business initiatives into financial impacts.
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
- Partner with Sales/RevOps on forecast accuracy and cross-functionally for financial alignment.
- Align forecasts with accounting actuals and bridge historical performance to forward insights.
- Leverage AI and automation for efficient forecasting, reporting, and scalable finance operations.
- Manage and develop a small team while providing strategic thought partnership to CEO and leadership.
Requirements
- 6-10 years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance, including high-growth B2B SaaS (Series A-D preferred)
- Exceptional financial modeling (advanced Excel), forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
- Experience connecting sales forecasts to financial plans and partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales/RevOps).
- 1-2+ years leadership experience managing a small team.
- Background in top-tier investment banking or equivalent; exposure to fundraising/capital planning preferred.
- Some accounting knowledge (GAAP, revenue recognition); strong communication of complex concepts.
- Proactive, curious, detail-oriented with AI tool experience for finance workflows.
