What you will do

• Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks for the platform and its feature set.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning for product releases and feature launches, including ICP and persona definition.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and deliver strategic points of view on market differentiation.
• Create high-impact sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, and demo narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and CX teams to translate market insights into actionable product strategy.
• Define the vision, processes, and standards for the Product Marketing function while mentoring future PMM hires.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B enterprise markets.
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven success in building differentiated narratives and driving measurable revenue impact.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
