What you will do

• Support daily sales activities and process support requests.
• Partner with sales to build quotes in CPQ and ensure clean Salesforce opportunity records.
• Perform deal activation checks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and cleanse data within Salesforce to ensure high levels of accuracy.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support internal processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 1-2 years of prior experience using Salesforce is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
