What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 10 Fortune 1000 customers with annual revenue up to $6M.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to prove ROI and increase customer adoption.
• Develop strategic Success Plans to address immediate and future client needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback for product improvement.
• Collaborate with Renewal Managers and Account Executives to secure renewals and expansions.
• Monitor customer health and implement remediation options to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success or account management.
• Proven track record managing Fortune 1000 companies and their executives.
• Experience managing quarterly retention and growth quotas.
• Fluent or native German speaker
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel 3–4 times per year
