What you will do

• Define and drive the APJ field marketing strategy aligned with regional revenue goals.
• Build the regional marketing function from the ground up, including programs, processes, and team scaling.
• Design and execute high-impact campaigns across ABM and demand generation to drive pipeline.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize markets, accounts, and move deals forward.
• Run executive roundtables, customer events, and partner activations to create real engagement.
• Localize global campaigns to ensure they are relevant and effective within the APJ region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in field or regional roles.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing programs in high-growth or early-stage environments.
• Deep familiarity with APJ markets and their specific nuances.
• Experience in AI, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
• Hands-on proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
• Willingness to travel across APJ (approximately 30–40%).
