What you will do
- Own the Northeast field marketing plan, aligning regional strategy to sales priorities to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute demand generation programs, including hosted events, roadshows, regional campaigns, and direct mail.
- Analyze funnel health and partner with AEs to ensure pipeline coverage throughout the quarter.
- Localize marketing assets and campaigns specifically for Canadian buyers in Toronto and Ontario.
- Collaborate with BDR teams for high-quality lead follow-up and use data to optimize program performance.
- Act as the primary marketing partner for regional sales leadership, reps, and partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation.
- Proven track record of pipeline generation for enterprise software security targeting security and engineering leadership.
- Experience in international or multi-country regional marketing and adapting global campaigns to local markets.
- Deep understanding of the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canadian markets, particularly Ontario and Toronto.
- Must be based in Canada (ideally Ontario).
- Ability to travel approximately 30% for regional events.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or developer tools.
- Familiarity with French-Canadian markets (Quebec) and comfort engaging French-speaking buyers.
